Shipping costs

We charge a flat rate of EUR 9.90 shipping costs per order.

Delivery time

Our delivery times may vary. After receipt of your order, it usually takes 1-3 days for your order to be processed further and handed over to our shipping service provider.

As soon as you have received a shipping confirmation from us, your order should arrive within 2-3 days within Germany, within 5 days in other European countries and within 10 days worldwide - excluding customs processing.

If you still haven't received your package after 10 days, please contact us.
 

Payment options

The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply to orders in our online shop. The prices given are final prices in euros, i.e. they include all price components as well as the statutory sales tax and do not include any shipping costs. Additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may only have to be paid in individual cases in the case of cross-border deliveries, but not to us as the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
